
Cancellation Policy
We understand that things come up! To keep our schedule running smoothly and ensure we can serve all our clients efficiently, we have a few simple guidelines:

24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will not incur any fees.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% service charge.

Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: Cancellations made on the same day or if no one is available at the service location will incur a full service fee.

Rescheduling: We’re happy to reschedule your appointment if you reach out at least 24 hours in advance.
